Quick Answers

Where's my order?

Everything is made to order, so production usually takes 2 to 5 business days (a little longer around holidays). Shipping inside the U.S. usually takes another 3 to 4 business days, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if you catch us within 2 hours of placing it. After that it's already being made and can't be canceled. Send us your order number and we'll take care of it.

Something's wrong with my order.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or not what you ordered? Reach out within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your call. No need to send it back.

Can I return or exchange something?

Since everything is made just for you, we can't take returns or exchanges for the wrong size, the wrong color, or a change of heart. Give sizing a double-check before you order.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Not yet. We only ship within the United States for now.
